Tips to help regulate body odour

Tips to help regulate body odour

Here are a few tips to keep body odours in check. Implement a basic personal hygiene regimen that includes taking daily baths or showers, drinking lots of water to detoxify your body, wearing loose-fitting clothing made from natural materials (cotton is best) and, if necessary, changing clothes frequently. Also, trimming the hairs in high perspiration areas, such as the underarms, will inhibit the odour-causing bacteria from flourishing. Regular use of a deodorant or antiperspirant will provide extended odour protection. For longer-lasting wetness and odour protection, try applying an antiperspirant before going to bed and wakeup feeling fresher in the morning. Nighttime application of newer clinical-strength formulations can provide continuous protection that extends through the next day - even after a shower in the morning!
