Dry and cracked skin on your feet?

Dry and cracked skin on your feet?

There’s a relatively simple solution! Apply a generous amount of thick moisturizer to your feet, cover them up in plastic food saver wrap (i.e., Saran Wrap), then pull on a pair of socks for a couple hours. The ideal time is to find an opportunity when you can sit down in front of the TV, enjoy some reading, or lie down for a nap. While you’re getting some R&R, the moisturizing ingredients get absorbed by your skin. Alternatively, you can apply a moisturizing cream or petroleum jelly to your feet and cover them up with cotton socks just before going to bed. In the morning, they will look and feel much softer. For the ultimate in foot treatments, look for a unique self-heating exfoliating product that will smooth and moisturize your well-deserving feet. Once you establish a weekly routine, you'll see noticeable improvements.
