Dryness, flaking and cracking skin on the feet, especially the heels, are common signs of neglect that warrant our regular attention. We place a lot of physical demands on our feet daily, so reward them with a modicum of care. Pampering your feet is also a great way to relieve stress at the end of a long day. Let your feet soak in warm water that’s infused with essential oils or herbal ingredients for 10 to 20 minutes, and then towel dry. Apply a good moisturizing lotion and massage your feet (or better yet, have someone else do it for you) to increase circulation.
